The best insights & tactics come from your peers who are just 3-6 months ahead of where you are. This was seen to be true at #PNCamp Pune for most of the PNcampers. Learning from some of the best product companies in India and the way they have got there; gives both the confidence and a road map to us the next set of product/platform founders.
Some of my key take away insights was about the importance of being in the top three products of a category, the importance of positioning and PR. Differentiating your product from the pack, building marketplaces and insights into how M&A is an option and how iSPRIT is helping and connecting software product companies to other players.
